What to Expect
LODGING & FACILITIES:
Camp Lutherwood offers a rustic retreat setting nestled on the shores of Lake Samish. The venue is designed to support our connection with nature while providing necessary amenities during our transformative weekend together
Accommodations include:

Shared cabin-style lodging with bunk beds (provide your own bedding)

Bathroom and shower facilities are outside of the main cabins (20-100 ft away)

Main lodge with gathering spaces for activities-

Outdoor spaces for ceremonies and connection with nature

Lakefront access for water ceremonies and meditation
-
Trails for nature walks and personal reflection time

* Bring light snacks and beverages to share throughout the retreat.

What is the alcohol policy?

Camp Lutherwood and Retreat Center allows alcohol on the premises, but not in public spaces such as the dining hall. Although alcoholic beverages will not be served, you are welcome to bring some to keep and/or share in your cabin.
Can I come for just part of the retreat?
-
Yes, we offer a Saturday-only option. The full weekend experience is recommended for the deepest transformation, but we understand that schedules may not allow for complete participation.
How physically demanding are the activities?
-
Many activities are designed to be accessible and adaptable to different physical abilities. Please let us know about any mobility concerns on your registration form.
Are scholarships available?

Yes! We believe everyone who feels called to this work should have access. Please contact Sue Doster by email at Suraku@comcast.net or via text at 925-351-7683 to inquire about our scholarship fund. Donations toward our scholarship fund are also gratefully accepted.
What is the refund policy?
